Like our towels, our bathrobes can be washed up to 95 degrees celsius, but again a 60 degree wash is normally ok. Tumble drying is fine, just be careful not to over heat them. It is normal for a small amount of shrinkage on the first wash.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods then please return them to Tielle in the same unused, re-saleable condition that you received them, within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund you the full amount of the product(s) purchased.

We ask customers to please allow 7-10 working days for returns to be processed and for monies to be refunded. Unless faulty, we’d like you to make your return within 14 days of purchase, and please note that you’ll need to bear postage costs.

Simply return the unwanted item following our returns process and place a new order online for the product you’d like instead. It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us.
