Cranachan is a traditional Scottish dessert regarded as ‘the uncontested king of Scottish desserts’.
Here at Angus Alchemy they have worked our magic to conjure up a delightful blend of fresh seasonal raspberries and our very own honey (produced on-site from our resident bees), bolstered by a touch of whisky and the essence of toasted oats and cream.
This beautifully balanced and versatile moonshine reveals layers of flavour and can be served straight from the bottle or with a mixer of your choice.
