In January 2020, Tupinamba teamed up with the WWF, the largest eco organisation in the world and became their official licensee for coffee. The goal was to supply a fully compostable ‘Nespresso Compatible’ capsule to tackle the growing pollution in this sector, whilst maintaining a luxury coffee.
In February 2020, Tupinamba launched the WWF Hotel exclusive range of planet-friendly coffee capsules. The brand now supply some of the most prestigious hotel groups in the country with a very powerful plastic-free, planet friendly coffee capsule at such an important time.
The Tupinamba brand dates back to 1897 when drinking coffee was a treat reserved for special days out.
