Three principles that have remained at the heart of everything Naturalmat do since they got started over 20 years ago. They begin with carefully sourced organic and natural materials, which are lovingly combined in our Devon workshop by their team of local craftspeople. All of this with sustainability at their core, from day one.
We make two types of natural mattress – Natural Fibre & Pocket Sprung. Both contain layers of natural, organic fibres, and Pocket Sprung mattresses include a core of springs. Natural Fibre mattresses have a firmer, denser feel, whilst Pocket Sprung mattresses are softer & bouncier.

For Naturalmat, sustainability isn’t a bandwagon they've recently jumped on, it’s been at the core of Naturalmat from the very beginning. They are the first B Corp certified bed and mattress company in the UK, as well as Queen's Award winners.
From their solar-powered workshop to plastic-free deliveries, they’ve pioneered sustainability for 25 years. When it comes to their materials, they prioritise certified and sustainable sources – better materials, better for the planet.
Their proudest innovation comes in the shape of their Mattress For Life Initiative™ which ensures their mattresses will never end up in landfill.
