It started with a love story and a single (double) G&T in a rum bar.

Seb asked Jen if he could buy her a drink, and from the first “yes”, a love blossomed, not just for each other, but for food, drinks and hospitality. When they started their dining room distillery in 2016, they had no idea the heights they would reach in just a few short years.

The Spirit of Manchester Distillery has grown to a state-of-the-art home of spirits in the heart of the city. With capacity to produce one million bottles a year, the distillery boasts five award-winning spirits brands; Manchester Gin, One-Eyed Rebel Spiced Rum, Manchester Spirit Vodka, Forty-Five Vermouth and their most recent venture One Point Six English Whisky.

They share their Grade II listed arches with Three Little Words, their own premium cocktail bar and restaurant serving up the entire range of spectacular spirits, as well as a stunning cocktail menu curated by their UK Top 50 bar team.
