You will receive a 5-year manufacturing warranty with your Glencraft mattress.
In the event of a complaint or issue with your Glencraft mattress please email us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help.
Please include details of the complaint or fault and include any relevant photos.
If you wish to have a refund due to a fault or issue with your mattress the Glencraft and LiBi team will endeavour to have your complaint resolved within a timely manner. If the mattress is deemed faulty, Glencraft and LiBi will organise a replacement and, collection as applicable.
