Time to Restore Magnesium Lotion can be applied as often as needed, including after physical activity or prior to sleep. Application tips: For best results, use daily. Apply this natural Magnesium lotion all over the body or to the desired area until the lotion is fully absorbed. Gently rub into warm skin, shortly after bathing/ showering. How to increase absorption: Apply to a larger area of skin, increase frequency of application, increase temperature of the area of application, apply to well-hydrated skin. Do not use on damaged or broken skin and avoid use during first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid contact with the eyes. In the event of eye contact flush with clean water for 15 minutes. In the unlikely event of irritation or rash appears, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
