You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery. 

Your order will be delivered within 5 working days of this notification email by an insured courier.
 

Please note that delivery times may be longer for Highlands and Islands and parts of Scotland. 

The minimum order value for LSA Trade Clients is £250.

You will be charged £12.50 for delivery for all orders UNDER £500. If your order for LSA comes to £500 or more you will receive free delivery.

We hope you love your LSA products but if you need to return anything to the brand, here’s what you need to know. 

Returning an item to LSA is free and easy.  If for any reason you are not happy with a product you’ve purchased, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for a refund.  Once they have inspected the item, LiBi will organise the refund back to your original payment method.
