The price online is for the hot tub product only. Delivery and installation is not included in this price, as this will be dependent on location and access. Once you have placed your order a member of our customer service team will contact you to discuss delivery and installation. Standard delivery is approx. £599 if you have clear access. If you need a crane to lift the hot tub in, this can cost between £599-£1,200 pending on location. Final delivery and installation pricing can only be given after we have clarified your access and install needs.

If you change your mind prior to delivery you can cancel and get a full refund up to 10 days before delivery. We will refund you for the full amount.
