Misty's Mini Guides was created after many walks spoiled by struggling with stiles or other obstacles which Misty the German Shepherd could not manage so they decided to write a series of Lake District guides to help visitors and locals alike enjoy fabulous walks without the struggles!

If you're new to hiking, or have a big bestie that struggles with stiles, these hiking guidebooks are ideal for you! No struggling to lift 40kg dogs over stiles or other obstacles! The vast majority of walks have no stiles, though there are a couple of routes with dog-friendly stiles or easier to manage steps through gaps in walls, to make your life so much easier! They come with hand-drawn maps, description, photos, and free GPX files for your app or device! There's 20 fantastic walks in each guide, all of varying grades, so you can choose which is best for you!

Misty’s Guided Walks offer great mountain days out without the scary scrambles/sharp edges, as well as fun beginner’s navigation days - learn to use a map and compass whilst enjoying a fabulous day out on the Borrowdale fells!
