You can return goods by emailing us at contactus@libiloves.com where one of our friendly customer service assistants will be happy to help. Returns and exchanges can be offered within 14 days of purchase.

Please be aware that you will be responsible to pay for the return if there's nothing wrong with the product and it is unused and in original packaging.

Any customised or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, including electrical items which have been installed and / or connected to an electricity source.
