You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery.

Jay-Be Delivery (DHD) process. Delivery will be between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (see below).

Order will be despatched via Jay-Be courier network (Fed Ex, DX or Tuffnells). Order delivered to Consumer door, and signature required (unless advised of alternative drop point). POD documentation can be provided (upon request) to LiBi upon order completion.

Where a consumer is not available to sign for and receive the delivery (and no further notification has been left of where to leave the package in a safe place), a “Calling Card” will be left. Where a calling card is left, the consumer can then arrange redelivery themselves at their convenience. If the consumer does not arrange redelivery, the courier will attempt to deliver again the following day. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to Jay-Be and the customer will be contacted by Jay-Be to arrange redelivery – the process starts again.

Delivery will be made to mainland UK home or business addresses. Offshore service is available on request (additional charges apply).
