How to use the Pulseroll vibrating massage roller

Choose the level you wish to start on and gently rest the targeted muscle / muscle group onto the Roller.

Either use statically or 'roll' gently and let the vibrations do the work.

You can increase the speed whilst in use, by using the thumb remote.
