We recommend you wash your bed linen before putting on the bed as a small amount of shrinkage will occur on the first wash. Our bed linen can be washed at up to 95°c but for normal use 60°c is normally ok. Tumble drying is not a problem but care should be taken not to overload the dryer risking greater creasing. Line dry is recommended when possible and to iron (if necessary) when slightly damp.

You will receive an order acknowledgement email from LiBi confirming receipt of your order and then another one when your order is ready for delivery.

Goods are normally despatched within 48 hours after we have accepted your order, however we kindly ask that you allow 5-7 working days for your order to be despatched.

All orders will be sent by courier Recorded delivery.

We hope you love your Tielle Love Luxury goods but if you need to return anything to Tielle, here’s what you need to know. If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods then please return them to Tielle in the same unused, re-saleable condition that you received them, within 14 days of delivery, and we will refund you the full amount of the product(s) purchased.

We ask customers to please allow 7-10 working days for returns to be processed and for monies to be refunded. Unless faulty, we’d like you to make your return within 14 days of purchase, and please note that you’ll need to bear postage costs.

Simply return the unwanted item following our returns process and place a new order online for the product you’d like instead. It may take up to 14 days for the refund for your original product to be processed, from the date you send it back to us. In line with Tielle's returns policy, you have up to 14 days to exchange a product from the date you received your order.
