Nine Edges Challenge - Fundraising for Edale Mountain Rescue - Peak District. Fundraising for Edale Mountain Rescue - £5 from every sale of this very limited edition will go to the Mountain Rescue team. This is a 20 mile route, with 900 metres of height ascent, that crosses nine gritstone edges in the eastern Peak District. The route covers the wonderful Derbyshire gritstone edges of Derwent, Stanage, Upper Burbage, Lower Burbage, Froggatt, Curbar, Baslow, Gardoms and Birchen. It takes you from Fairholmes, underneath the Derwent Dam, all the way down the edges to Birchen Edge near the Robin Hood Public House.
